Randy Rauch has established himself as well-known and respected expert in the South Florida commercial real estate brokerage community with over 42-years of professional service in South Florida. A native of Fort Lauderdale and a second generation in the real estate business, Mr. Rauch has a thorough understanding of the area’s past, its present and its future trends, and is committed to the company’s tradition of honesty, integrity and hard work as being primary elements of a successful business organization. “These values lend themselves to the ultimate goal of providing clients with the highest degree of quality service,” Mr. Rauch emphasizes.
His company, Rauch Heim Commercial Real Estate puts its extensive experience to work on behalf of our clients to enhance their ability to succeed in their real estate investments. We combine our broad in-depth market knowledge with the experience to get deals closed. We leverage our local strength together with our National affiliation with the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) organization, with over 8,000 professional SIOR’s & CCIM’s in more than 722 cities in 45 countries which gives us both local and worldwide real estate coverage.
Mr. Rauch acheived the SIOR designation in his early years in the business with the requirements of five years of creditable experience in the highly specialized field of industrial real estate; met stringent production and education requirements; and demonstrated professional ability, competency, ethical conduct, and personal integrity.

Randy Rauch has long been a well-known and respected expert in the South Florida commercial real estate brokerage community for over 42-years.
The Rauch name dates back in the real estate industry to 1967 when Randy Rauch’s dad, Wayne L. Rauch, began working for Stockton, Whatley, Davin & Co., one of the largest mortgage banking, real estate and insurance firms in the Southeast. Wayne Rauch subsequently started his own firm in 1972 known then as Rauch, Weaver, Millsaps & Co. located in Broward County, Florida.
Randy Rauch, SIOR, a South Florida native, entered the real estate business in 1978 when he joined Watson Realty Corp, at the time Florida’s largest brokerage firm in Jacksonville, Florida. Before Mr. Rauch left Watson Realty in 1981 to join his dad working at Rauch, Weaver, Millsaps & Co., Mr. Rauch was the broker of record for the highest sale price paid for any residential property in the North Jacksonville marketplace. In 1986, Rauch, Weaver, Millsaps & Co. changed it name to Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co., joined the NAI Global Network, and Randy Rauch became a partner of the company. Randy Rauch became President and was instrumental in the performance of the firm for over twenty years. In 1999, Mr. Rauch was recognized by the South Florida Business Journal as a finalist in the “Top Real Estate Deals” for that year; a 135-acre land sale valued at 16.4 million dollars. He left NAI Rauch Weaver in 2011 to launch Rauch Realty Group. Mr. Rauch has been involved with many credible and substantial real estate transactions transforming the commercial real estate landscape in S. Florida. His clients describe him as being personable, persistent, articulate, hard working, positive thinking, and an honest individual with high ethics, all devoted in a straightforward approach dedicated to client results.
Stephen A. Heim, CCIM, is also a long-time South Floridian having moved to Miami Beach in 1962 as a seven year old. After college, Mr. Heim moved west and started his career in real estate as a site selector/project manager for a company called Forest Investment Corporation where he was part of a team responsible for the construction and management of four apartment complexes in Alaska. Upon his return to Florida, he began his brokerage career with Cushman & Wakefield of Florida in late 1983. Heim, along with is partner Charles V. Barton, won the Deal of the Year in 1985 for representing Citicorp Savings Of Florida in their leasing of a new headquarters facility in Doral, a 10 year lease of the entire building containing 138,550 square feet. Heim subsequently won national sales honors during 1986 and 1987 earning him the promotion to Vice President in 1988. Heim has been the broker of record in over 750 transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $1 billion dollars. He has earned the prestigious CCIM designation and has served on numerous real estate boards. He met Randy Rauch when he was serving as the Vice President of Operations for NAI Rauch Weaver. Mr. Heim joined forces with Rauch in 2013 to form Rauch▪Heim Commercial Real Estate and is now semi-retired and available for consultation.
